Laila’s climb to 8th in Grocer Fast 50

Laila’s Fine Foods have again made it onto The Grocer’s ‘Fast 50’ list of the fastest growing UK food and drink companies.

To qualify for inclusion on the list companies must be privately owned and this year needed to demonstrate a two-year compound growth of at least 13.9% (last year it was 14.9% – The Grocer suggests the “slight slowing may be due to the impending uncertainty due to Brexit”.)

Laila’s has climbed six places from 14th to 8th, with Commercial & Technical Director, Zera Remtulla, commenting; “It is a massive achievement to be included on this list, so to appear in 8th place is fantastic. It is a testament to the hard work that everyone puts in and it is always nice to receive such recognition.”
