Joint Managing Director of Laila’s Fine Foods, Nazir Remtulla, attended a garden party hosted by HRH The Price of Wales and the Prince’s Trust at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday May 22, 2018. The garden party is held in honour of the 5,000 supporters and beneficiaries of The Prince’s Trust.
The invitation was received by Nazir in recognition of his work as board member of the Blackpool ‘Business in The Community Partnership’, part of The Prince’s Responsible Business Network – a business-led membership organisation made up of progressive businesses of all sizes who understand that the prosperity of business and society are mutually dependent.
In their first public engagement since the Royal Wedding, the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall in the gardens of Buckingham Palace where Harry welcomed more than 6,000 supporters and beneficiaries of The Prince’s Trust.
Nazir comments, “At Laila’s Fine Foods we really believe in the work the Princes Trust does to connect businesses on both a local and national scale to promote responsible business practice for the benefit of local communities, economies and the environment. It was great to be able to meet so many other business owners who share this vision in the gardens of Buckingham Palace on a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.”
