Laila’s Fine Foods are a successful, family run manufacturer of chilled and frozen ready meals for the UK retail and foodservice sectors. We’re now searching for a proactive and committed Payroll Administrator ready to play a key role in the next chapter of our journey. Please see below for more detail.

The talented Payroll Administrator will join our Head Office finance department in Bispham, Lancashire. You will be part of a dynamic team. You will be involved in processing start to finish monthly payroll and month end reporting. You will be supported in your journey by a genuine and helpful team.

Key Responsibilities include:

·Start to Finish Payroll process.

·Adhering to strict payment deadlines and ensuring all reporting (internal & external) are produced in a timely manner.

·Ensuring all employees are paid correctly, in full and on time.

·Produce month end reports and balance sheet reconciliations.

·Ensuring liabilities for tax, national insurance and other related legislative requirements are calculated in accordance with HMRC Guidance.

·Reconcile payroll and headcount reports

·Other ad hoc duties as required.

·Good Communication Skills

·Strong Excel Skills (essential)

·Integrity and honesty

·Ability to work to tight deadlines

·SAP Experience
